Fleur de sel from the rocks of Mani


It is formed in small salt ponds that form naturally on the coastal cliffs of the steep slopes of Mani. It is collected by hand by experienced craftsmen. It has not been processed in any way, which is why it retains a percentage of its moisture and the authentic taste of the sea.
