Salt flower from the rocks of Mani in doypack – Fleur de sel Mani

It is formed in small salt ponds that form naturally on the coastal cliffs of the steep slopes of Mani. It is collected by hand by experienced craftsmen. It has not been processed in any way, which is why it retains a percentage of its moisture and the authentic taste of the sea. It gives the body all the necessary trace elements, such as potassium, magnesium, fluoride and vitamins.
