Returns and exchanges

We do our best to ensure that you receive our products in the best condition. In the event that you receive a defective product, you may return the product within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product and we will do everything possible to replace it or refund your money.

In the case of defective products, for which a replacement is not possible or you do not want a replacement, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs for the return of the product.

According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Union, every consumer who makes a purchase in the online store has the right to withdraw from this purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, by sending (within the above deadline) of the withdrawal form or otherwise by sending the withdrawal form together with the product provided that in this case both (product and declaration) will be received by the Company within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Since our products include products that can be altered or that expire soon, or that are perishable and therefore sensitive products, we inform you that these products are expressly excluded by law from the right of withdrawal.

In case of incorrect product shipment, which will be due to the company, you will have the right to return the product within seven (7) calendar days from the day of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, unused, the packaging must be intact and include the original contents. In this case, and if a replacement is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs for the return of the product.

Any change and/or cancellation of your order is accepted only if the order has not been completed.

Please note that for security reasons, after order confirmation, it is not possible to change the stated delivery address.
